All of my cached pages are displaying with WorldLingo data including many ads. I initially thought my site had been hacked but it appears the backup translation engine is no longer around and now instead of displaying translated content it displays information from World Lingo. This crushed my traffic because Google has dinged me for displaying so many ads including popup ads on any translated pages on my site.

Has anyone else seen this? Anyone know how to resolve? Is it time to move on from Translator Pro and find a different translation engine? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately it has been confirmed that the backup translation engine that in my case seems to do most of the translations has gone offline or started charging. I would even be willing to pay WorldLingo for these servers but my site had a lot of time and effort put into building translated pages around the Taragana software. Support initially replied to me but I have sent numerous updates now since 04-18-2011 and they are no longer responding.

At this point I am really disappointed in Taragana software in general. I offered to pay for support, asked if I could get any sort of ETA, or if there was anything I could do to help in any way and I simply got no response. I would be very careful doing business with Taragana if this is the type of support they are going to provide. I am giving it a little while longer and then will be switching to a different translation plugin if necessary.

No reply from Taragana support since Wed. (04-20-2011). I wish anyone would reply to me at all regarding the issue so I could make a decision on how to proceed.

Never did get a reply so I uninstalled the software that I purchased from this company. I would look at other solutions before using any software that this company is selling because it is unlikely you will get any type of support from them.
