I have migrated from server and after this, only the webs are well translated into cache. Special characters are not translated from Spanish into the new server. I realize now that the coding appears in Western European and should appear in UTF-8.
I need your help and forgiveness for my bad English.

Please file a support request. This is a charset problem. You may have to modify the default charset in your web server. The customer support will be able to guide you to the solution.
