I know this is not really the place to do this but I'm getting script errors ("can't send mail to ....") when I update my ticket with questions and info in the support panel, I'm guessing this is reason why I'm not receiving many replies on this ticket (00032). Please can you look into and update me on how the ticket is going.

And for those who are reading these forums wondering about TPP, I spent a year testing 5 different plugins and finally got TPP, it does exactly what is says and works straight out the box, I'm working with the support team now to get some AJAX implementation for my site. I wish I had bought this a year ago and saved myself hours of testing.
