I've got 2 Questions on how the Caching works.

1.)
Is it possible to let the "system" KEEP and use only the old Versions
of an translated Site? (In case I don't want them to be refreshed...)
...if I want to delete the original Site and keep only the Translations?


2.)
Is ist possible to change each url / Permalink individually?
Example:

.../Blog/.../chocolate/de
to:
.../Blog/.../schokolade


I hope it does... this Plug-In seems like perfect for me!

We are doing it with some sites where only the cached translation pages are kept without refreshing them. This can be achieved by setting the next active date time field of the translation engines in the database to a time in future.

What happens if someone wants to visit the original page? Do you give him a 404 or re-direct him to the home page?

Anyway, this is possible but you have to write a plugin to not show / redirect the original pages, an effort which is not related to translator plugin per se but to wordpress.

2.)
Is ist possible to change each url / Permalink individually?

Currently it isn't possible but what you can do is programmatically create different pages from the translated content which is stored in the database.
