I'm not sure why my last thread on this topic was locked. I thought it might be useful to communicate to other members that might be experiencing the same problem that I am having.

Anyway, as an update, my issue was raised last Thursday, 28 August. Since then, my support ticket was sent to Angsuman, who asked me on Friday to clear the translated pages cache, which I did. He then asked me to confirm my blog url, which I did.
I haven't heard anything more, today being Monday.
