Hi there,
Yesterday i have installed Translator pro plugin, but i think there are some problem with google engine that i choosed as preferred engine. After more than 36 hours only 3 pages are cached. These pages are not well translated. I also checked in WP DB section wp_atpp_page_cache where chached pages are stored and i noticed that my pages were translated with engine 4, instaed google that i choosed.
Yesterday i have also opened a ticket (n.00954)in customers support section, but i don't received any reply yet.
Any idea?

NO Idea?? Meanwhile i decided to deactivate Tranlator plugin in order to prevent bad caching page.
I'm still waiting for support help....

Although I have paid for this plugin that you sell as the best translation plugin ever, i have to say that it definetly doesnt't work! The pages are incoplete translated and bad cached. Last thursday i have also requested for a help in the support area, in order to solve my problem, but i never recieved any answer! (do you remember? I have also paid for 6 month support).
What can I do then? How long more do i have to wait for your support??
I hope I'll recieve help before i decide to request my money bak!!

Some news, today support reply me back and decided to re-activate transation pro plugin to check out if finally it does work or not.
And...it works! The pages are full and fast translated, I have also checked again in wp_atpp_page_cache key and noticed that the transaltor engine is google (as i choosed).
Maybe there was a refused error from google engine?
