hello. i've purchased the plug-in pro version 5.2 and haven't even been able to get the plug-in operational. i'm upgraded to the newest version of wordpress. the flags do not even display properly when i enable the feature as a widget, i only get text of what is supposed to be translated with a bunch of broken links. i filed a ticket with customer support a week ago, and haven't had any help, response, or correction with the problem. i've never had any problems with a single plug-in ever for wordpress, and all of them were free. i was anticipating getting a great product by how it was explained on the website, and decided to make my first purchase on a plug-in.

i really want to say that i am happily using this product, and i believe in helping fund programmers on their own ventures, so i am holding out for the best....for a little longer....

has anyone else had a problem like this before right from the get go?

hey guys, i got it working. if you have any other customers with the same problem ask them to check with the web master's "mod rewrite" settings on their server. they looked at the error log files and altered a few settings, and now the translator is working great.
