 Post subject: DOES NOT WORK!!!

Did I just waste my $30? Can I get a refund?

I have opened up 2 support tickets already today with no response. I was excited to have found this product hoping it would save me time but on the contrary it has caused me headache. I was expecting this would work without any problem since i'm paying for it. I was hoping the support would be there to resolve any issues since i'm paying for it. I mean seriously guys, CAN I get some help here? PLEASE!

My support id numbers are: 00909 and 00910

I already notified you through support that 909 and 910 are duplicate issues. That's why 910 is closed. Regarding issue 909, we received your last message on the day before. Any kind of troubleshooting requires some time for investigation. Besides this is the weekend and we are also working with other issues also. We will definitely look into the matter in a day or two.
We would appreciate if you please communicate with us through the support against ticket number 909 rather than showing your concern through forum and we will definitely help you at our earliest.

I agree with Dip. You need to show some patience. We respond to support requests within one business day as we clearly stated. Your request was filed on weekend. So filing two successive request will only delay the process and create addl. overhead for our team.
