I want to purchase a Translator Plugin Pro license, but I need to assign it to my development domain for now. Can I then transfer it to the live domain when development is finished? What is the procedure?

The procedure is that you only need to mail us about when you want to change it with your previous and new domains. Your registered domain will be changed to your new domain. That simple it is.
But you can only change your domain within 30 days of your purchase, and this changing of domain is allowed once only.
