Welcome to the Translator forum. I am very sad to hear that your copy of translator is not functioning well. I also heard from you that you did not get reply of your support e-mails. I can understand your situation and very much willing to rectify it.
One thing I would like to let you know is that we may not be able to reply in a timely manner to support requests submitted via our blog contact form or even to my personal email as because we receive hundreds of emails and tens of thousands of spams everyday. But we always look up for Support requests, Feature requests and client's feedbacks. We may have missed your Support request, but I assure you that it was never done intentionally. I request you to kindly report your problems and ask for Support in our HelpDesk site at http://support.taragana.com. I assure you that all our problems will be solved as soon as possible and your Translator will be working as it was before.
And ya, thanks for appreciating Translator Plugin Pro. Its really a nice script and we are working hard to improve it by leaps and bounds.
