Recent Update from the author: Yes, the issues were all addressed. I'm sorry for being rude. Shortly after, we managed to make the plug-in work and it has been working fine ever since.
Thanks! -----------Original post----------- I usually don't brag about my disappointment with a product or service in public, as I like to give the company a chance to fix issues and collaborate together before getting to this point.
The fact is that I have pending supports tickets FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, and nobody cares to reply to them, let alone fix the issues. The issues are show-stoppers that render the plug-in completely unusable for me.
In the translated pages, The internal links in my site don't get translated by their translated counterparts (i.e. with country code appended), which makes the translated pages unusable.
Also, the plug-in supports much less translations than advertised. What is this, a scam?
This is hands down the worst $100 I've spent in any piece of software to date, as since I bought the plug-in I couldn't make it work yet, and nobody seems to care.
Sorry if I sound rude, but I'm really frustrated and you guys give me no other option. Luciano.
(the tickets are #00224, #00226 and #00227)

Defect: 224 You filed the request on July 27th. I replied on July 28th and resolved the issue. My response: The links must be absolute, similar to what is created by WordPress itself. And then will be changed only if they belong to the same blog.
You gave a response on 28th. I again responded on 29th. The final response was sent on September 3rd. We haven't heard back since.
Defect 226: You files the defect on 27th. We gave a detailed reply on 28th. You asked another question on the same thread on 31st. Please use separate requests for separate questions. Anyway responded with the url on August 8th. We responded back, addressed your question and we are waiting for any response from you. This thread took sometime to respond to for just one subsequent question (not your initial question or even your second set). And again that was to rectify your misunderstanding regrading translator matrix. It wasn't any defect on our part.
Defect 227: You asked 3 questions in the single support request on July 27th. We responded in details on July 28th. We haven't heard back from you. As we have addressed your questions we are marking it for closure as also the other defects.
Of these three defects only 226 took sometime to address and that too only for subsequent queries, not the initial ones.
None of the requests were pending for more than a month as you wrongly accused.

The translated pages are getting translated fine. However they cannot work for pages generated by third party software not related to WordPress. You expect us to translate pages from your third party software. That is something what we cannot and don't support. We have stated clearly that translation is only for WordPress blogs. We have clearly explained it to you but you still fail to comprehend it! BTW: This is probably the cause of your frustration and so you started wrongly and baselessly accusing us.

All of the above defects are addressed and closed subsequently with customer's consent. We are sorry for the delay due to some unavoidable circumstances. Rgds,

Not too bad, but your view is so unique. I like it very much.
