Since your latest release which somehow fixed translations by Google engine, the translations mostly went well.

Now, probably Google engine has change their algorithm again. So no more translations by Google.

Well, thats fine, there are supposed to be other languages to fall back to, such as Babelfish. Somehow, it does not do that but instead goes to Engine 3. Engine 3 is ok to translate some languages but not all, such as japanese and russian.

Hopefully your team is working on a patch. I won't submit a support request as it will only be looked at 10 days later. Even so, the reply is always, can I have admin access to your blog to run some scripts?

Please help to make our USD 100 worth. We just want the plugin to work well. Also, please do not delete this thread. What is the purpose of a forum if threads get deleted?

Here Here... If the code weren't obfuscated you would have an army of bloggers working to solve this and other problems for you instead of submitting support tickets to you clearly overworked support staff...

I am at 6 days since buying the $200 unlimited license. It is not working yet and I have not been told why.

I would figure it out myself, but the code is obfuscated.

Please file a support request. We cannot actively provide support in this forum (see reason below).

We normally respond to any support request within one business day. However one of our key support staff left recently and we found out that he left a backlog. That was a big surprise for all of us. We are trying our best to address all the pending issues as fast as possible. Please bear with us and communicate via the support portal only. It is not possible for our support staff to monitor both the trouble ticket system and the forum at this time.

BTW: I cannot locate your customer records. Are you a real customer? Please provide your PayPal transaction id.
