Is there a way to force translation (or schedule translation) instead of needing to wait with a click from a real person?

You can do it but we do not recommend it because it is very likely to overload the translation engines and that is not good news. Some engines ban temporarily and some can even ban your site from translation using their engines permanently! As we use third party engines, it is better to play nice with them. Also how do you think it looks to search engines if you suddenly have 14x or 32x more content? Search engines frown upon any sudden drastic content increase AFAIK.
