I know theres a simple solution, and they are always the ones that allude me. I love this them, I’ve figured out the header, even managed to get two plugins working perfectly with it that gave up on in my last 3colum layout (journalized sand). But I can’t for the life of my get a simple horizontal rule under the area for comments/time/categry. Can someone tell me what code in wht file I need to put the little hr tag in?

oh, and how to add a tab to the navigation for a page not generated by wp?

Have you tried comments.php and comments-ajax.php?
