I just recently upgraded my 2.0 Anaconda-themed blog to 2.3 and am having so many XHTML validation errors it's ridiculous. Plus my right sidebar pushes up into the header and the left sidebar is looking messed up now for no apparent reason. I had to turn it into a linklist with <li> codes to get rid of errors. I was at 300+ errors but got it worked down to 100. Just take a look for yourself (WARNING-my blog's NSFW material):

I realize it's got alot to do w/poor coding, but I had NO problems stemming from this before upgrading, and I get much fewer errors when I switch to other themes for comparison. I REALLY want to keep using this theme as it's basically branded w/my site, but I want it to work too!

Anaconda Theme is totally complaint with W3 Validator. We have used it in many versions of Wordpress including latest 2.5. It generates no validation errors. It may be something else that doing it in your blog. You can check it in any other Blogs using Anaconda Theme.
