Hello Taragana folks and users -

After purchasing the Translator Plugin Pro via PayPal, I was redirected to a 404 (non-existent) page on taragana.com. You may want to look into that, it's not a very good first impression to make on new customers.

I also waited the 24 hours I was told it could take for the plugin to be emailed to me. After not receiving it, I sent an email to support@, and have yet to hear a response (that was 8 hours ago). I'm looking forward to using the plugin, and would very much appreciate it if someone from taragana could email it to me. Thanks!

At first, we are extremely sorry for the inconveniences you had to face while purchasing Translator Plugin Pro. We always concentrate highly on delivering satisfactory customer experiences.
Actually our Site's infrastructure is being rearranged and we are rebuilding some links and pages. We are improving our User Interfaces to provide better experience to our clients on our sites. Thats why you may have got 404 error while we were working on them. Thank you for reporting this problem, we will check that out very soon.
Secondly, we have no due transactions for the product by 5/5/2008. Actually as said above, we are restructuring our infrastructure, thats why it is taking time to process your request. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this, but will be recovered soon by Monday (13/5/2008).
Another cause for delay in Product delivery is that today and tomorrow is weekend and our processing are not carried on weekends. I hope you will surely get your copy of the product by Monday.
If still by Tuesday you didn't receive your product copy, then send me your Paypal email, though which you have bought Translator Plugin Pro, and your request will be manually confirmed.

I've just got a 404 too as the return page after a PayPal payment. That's got a refund request written all over it. Should really be changed.

How do I get the plugin I purchased?

Thanks for reporting this problem. We have recently sifted our domains and restructured some links and many redirections. We are extremely sorry that this lead to your inconveniences. But now all links have been restored and tested. You will now have no problems and will never face any 404 error page while buying any product.
Still if anyone faces any problems, please report us for further verification.

To ensue your payment, please provide me your email address or PayPal Transaction Id so that I can verify it manually. If your payment has been received and your Translator Plugin will be mailed to your e-mail address within 1 business day. Thank You for purchasing Translator Plugin.

I've just had the same problem - purchased with PayPal & then get directed to a non-existent page.

I'll send my email address & PayPal Transaction ID to support@taragana.com in the hope that you'll email it to me - or provide me with a download link.

The problem was fixed about an hour after you purchased per our records. It is fixed now.
