Hi All,
I have recently visited an ebay Auction Site pulsepush.com and amazed by the Floating Tabbed Menu.
Any idea how they have done this?Is it flash or normal DHTML?
Any suggestion will be great.

You can easily create such a menu using Javascript + CSS (DHTML is an old term to describe it. You can do the same with Flash but then you don't need it. The Javascript solution will be much lighter.
