Tomato and carrot is good for our eyesight. In the mean time, we have to also permit our eyesight rest for quite a while by taking a look at a green woods or depart. By carrying out that, each of our eye can easily fell cleaner and we could have a better eye-sight.

It's good that with the new iPad 3's retina display, even people with poor eye sight will not have much of a problem.

Vitamin A is good for vision. So all those food items which are rich in this vitamin should be consumed. This will create good vision and will not have any problem in vision in future. UPMSSCB recruitment 2012
