The problem is most likely not in your switches. Have you setup your computer to bond the two connections? Check my article on how to bond multiple adsl connections.

There is an un-documented hotkey to reset the mouse and keyboard
ScrollLock -> ScorllLock -> M
On occasion, when I switch between two computers, my mouse stopped working. Nothing short of a reboot would fix it. Now that I found out about this hotkey, I do not have to reboot the computer with more Affiliate Programs.

I believe that there problems that you find in switches are unavoidable. They kick you once in a while and that is totally a pain in the butt. Actually, what I have in mind is that you should be telling us on your problems, giving us more details could lead us to helping solving your problems faster. What is the problem actually? What did you experience in your situation? Have the lights on the switch seem weird? Please do let us know more about it, that would be easy for us to help you out.
